Hallo ich suche wie iben geschrieben ein Freeware DVD Authoring Programm bei dem ich als Basis AVI und MPEG Filme nehmen kann.

Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass du ein Windowsprogramm möchtest. DVDStyler wurde ursprünglich für Linux entwickelt, gibt es aber inzwischen auch für Windows:
